Founded by Jeff Straub, our company is driven by a passion for enhancing readiness and resilience in individuals, agencies, and communities.

Jeff Straub, the visionary behind Leeward Solutions, has a proven track record in the field. With rewarding federal, state, and local response experiences, he has dedicated his career to serving and safeguarding communities. Straub played a pivotal role in developing and coordinating South Carolina's first Hospital Emergency Response Team, a testament to his expertise in emergency preparedness. For fifteen years, he served as the Patient Reception Team Coordinator with the SC National Disaster Medical Systems (NDMS). In this role, he led a team responsible for managing and regulating patient transfers, collaborating with over 150 Federal, State, and Local agencies during annual exercises and real-world missions. His commitment to action is evident through his participation in the NDMS activations and patient evacuations for Hurricane Katrina (2005) and Hurricane Maria (2017).
